Ingredients

  • Paneer 200 gram.
  • Tomato 3 pics.
  • Green chilli 4 pics.
  • 1/2 cup roasted ground nut
  • 1/2 cup dry coconut powder
  • Ginger paste or ginger garlic paste
  • 5 pics black papper
  • 1/2 spoon sounf
  • 1/2 spoon shahi jeera
  • Some dal chini
  • 2 big ilaychi
  • 1/4 spoon turmaric powder
  • 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoon garam masala
  • 1 spoon kasuri methy
  • 2 tab. Spoon veg. Oil
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. First of all cut paneer in long and thick pieces.
  2. Then take tomato, green chili, ginger paste, groundnut in to mixer and make a paste.
  3. Then take black pepper, jeera, sounf, dal chini, big ilaychi and coco. Powder and roast it. Then grind it and make masala.
  4. After that take veg. oil in kadhai and heat it. Now add (Tomato, green chili, ginger, ground nut) paste in heated oil. Cook for 2-3 min only.
  5. Now add turmeric and coriander powder in it and cook it till oil comes in upper layer.
  6. Now add chili powder, salt and grinded masala. Now again cook it for 10 min. In between add 1/2 cup water.
  7. After that again when oil comes in upper layer, sprinkle garam masala and kasuri methi on it. Then cover the kadhai and leave it for 5 min.
