Ingredients

Icecream cones - 1 per serving (Used store bought)
STUFFING OF CHAAT:-
diced Boiled potatoes - 2 medium sized
Boiled Black chana/Chickpea sprouts - 1/4 Cup
Boiled Chhole - 1/4 Cup
Onions - 1 to 2 finely chopped
Tomatoes - 1 to 2 chopped finely
Cucumber - 1 peeled and chopped finely
Carrot - 1 to 2 Tablespoon finely chopped
Beetroot - 1 to 2 Tablespoon finely chopped
Red Apple - 1 finely chopped
Finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves - as required
Salt - to taste
Red chilli Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Roasted Jeera/Cumin powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 Teaspoon
Green chutney - 2 Tablespoon
Red Tamarind Chutney - 2 Tablespoon
Sev/bhujiya - 1/2 Cup
Tomato sauce - 1 Tablespoon
Curd - as required

Instructions

CHAAT STUFFING:-
Mix boiled diced potatoes, black chana sprouts, boiled chhole, chopped apple, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, beet, carrot in a large mixing bowl.
Add chopped green chillies, salt, roasted jeera powder, chaat masala and a pinch of red chilli powder to it and mix well.
Add tamarind chutney, green chutney and tomato chutney (as per availability) to the mix itself.
Take cones. Place them in shot glasses. One can make cones at home also. But I have used store bought ice-cream cones.
Stuff the cones with the filling made above. Add green chutney and Curd on top of it. I skipped curd this time.
Add some extra stuffing to the glass.
Garnish with fresh sev/bhujiya, additional onions and coriander leaves.
Drizzle some tomato sauce over it.
Yummy 'Icecream Cone Chaat' is ready to be served. Serve the chaat immediately and enjoy.
