Hot Momo Chutney

Ingredients

Tomatoes - 4 medium
Red Chilles ( Hot Guntur Thin Variety or Any Hot One ) - 8 to 10 finely chopped
Garlic Pods - 6 to 8 chopped roughly
Salt - as per taste
Sugar - 1 Teaspoon or adjust as per taste
Soya sauce - 1 Tablespoon

Instructions

In a saucepan put tomatoes, add a cup of Water & cook it till tomatoes become soft & pulpy.
The indication is the tomato skin separates and cracks.
Turn off the gas, remove the saucepan & let the tomatoes cool.
Remove the tomatoes, peel the skin and keep the water aside
After it has cooled to normal temperature, add in a blender jar, and add all the other ingredients & grind it well to a smooth paste.
Check the salt level. Adjust consistency by adding the tomato boiled water (if required).
Remove it to a suitable jar.
One can omit to add sugar.
If fresh red chillies are not available, then one can use dried red chillies. In such case, boil these chillies along with tomatoes.
Spicy and tangy 'Hot Momo Chutney' is ready to be served.
