Ingredients

  • Gram flour / besan - 1 Cup (100 Gram)
  • Gud/Jaggery - 150 Gram
  • Oil - 2 Tablespoon (hot oil)
  • Ghee/Clarified butter - 1 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add gram flour and add hot oil. Mix it well then add water to make a soft dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Take sev maker and fill it with dough. Make sev and deep fry it till it turns golden brown.
  3. Take a pan, add ghee and melt it. Add gud and 2 tablespoon water. Melt it completely.
  4. Add sev to the gud and mix it well so that all the sev is completely coated.
  5. Put the coated sev in plate and let it cool completely.
  6. Gur wale besan Sev is ready to be served. Also, you can put this in air tight container and use it for 2 months.
