Golgappa Pizza – Instant Snacks

I was having some leftover golgappas/ poories at home and I made this yummy snacks for evening tea time. Golgappa Pizza is a 2 minute recipe to be tried out and is pretty easy.

Ingredients

  • Golgappa - 10
  • Finely chopped onions/ pyaz, tomatoes/ tamatar, capsicums/ shimla mirch (red, green, yellow) - 100 grams
  • Paneer - 50 gms mashed
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Spices/ masale - Red chili/ lal mirch powder, chat masala - 1/2 teaspoon each
  • Salt/ namak to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except golgappa and mozzarella cheese.
  2. Fill the golgappas with the above mix.
  3. Spread mozzarella cheese over golgappas.
  4. Microwave it for 2 minutes.
  5. Yummy and quick 'Golgappa Pizza' is ready. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
