Ingredients

  • Fresh bread slices - 4
  • Grated mozzarella cheese - 4 tablespoon
  • Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter melted - 4 tablespoon
  • Garlic cloves grated - 4

Instructions

  1. First cut all sides of bread and cut bread in 2-3 sticks of rectangular shape.
  2. Melt butter and add grated garlic in it.
  3. Spread garlic butter on sticks and mozzarella cheese on sticks.
  4. Sprinkles chilli flakes over on sticks.
  5. Meanwhile preheat oven at 180'C.
  6. Bake these sticks in the oven for 10-12 minutes or till golden brown in color..
  7. For getting brown color from the upper side, place it in oven for 1 more minute from upper filament.
  8. Yummy and quick "Golden Cheese Chilli Sticks" are ready to serve.
