Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery - 1/4 cup
  • Mixed fry fruits powder ( almonds/cashews/pista/walnut whatever is available )- 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan, add wheat flour and ghee. Put it over a gas stove and saute it on medium flame.
  2. Go on stirring continuously till the mixture goes golden brown .
  3. Take the pan away from fire, then go on stirring for 2 minutes and let it cool down.
  4. Add jaggery and dry fruits powder to it. Mix well.
  5. Set it in thali
  6. Let it cool and then cut into diamond shape.
