Ingredients

  • Breads - 2
  • Milk (boiled) - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 4 drops
  • Sugar (powdered) - 1.5 teaspoons or as required
  • Custard powder - 1.5 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, custard powder, vanilla essence and powdered sugar with the help of a whisk.
  2. Pour the mixture in a wide bowl.
  3. Dip and soak the breads into this mixture. Meanwhile heat a pan on medium flame and pour few drops of oil.
  4. Cook both the sides on medium flame till they become golden brown in colour.
  5. Crispy and yummy 'Eggless French Toast' is ready now. Serve it hot with maple syrup/ honey/ nutella.
