Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Maida or All Purpose Flour- 1.5 cup
Condensed milk - 1 cup
Cocoa powder - 3 tablespoon (sugarless)
Baking soda - 3/4th tablespoon
Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Salt less than 1/4th tablespoon
Vanilla essence - 1 small tube
Warm milk - 3/4th cup for making cake batter and 2 tbsp for making frosting for cake
Butter( Melted) - 3/4th cup (unsalted)
Chocolate jam for frosting (Nutella jam) - 6-7 tablespoon

Instructions

First of all sieve Maida, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well, keep aside.
Take condensed milk and butter in a large mixing bowl and beat in one direction, till it becomes fluffy.
Now add this fluffy mix to the maida mix and mix well in one direction.
Also add vinegar, warm milk and vanilla to the above mix.
Mix all together to get a smooth consistency. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease the cake baking tray with ghee/ butter and sprinkle some maida over it.
Now pour the cake mix to the baking tray, and set it in the oven for 180 degrees for around 20-25 minutes. Keep checking the cake in between.
Take the cake out of the oven once it is baked well. You may check the same by inserting a knife/ toothpick into the cake. The knife should come out clear and without any streaks of the batter.
Allow the cake to cool down completely for 10 minutes.
Take 6 tablespoon of chocolate jam and mix it with 2-3 tablespoon of warm milk.
Apply this coating of choco jam over the cake at all sides with the help of a knife.
Delicious and tasty "Eggless chocolate cake" is ready to serve.
