Eggless Choco Chips Cake ( Without Oven or OTG)
Ingredients
- Suji : 1.5 bowl
- Milk: 2 bowl
- Eno: 1 teaspoon
- Crushed Sugar: 1 bowl
- Coconut Powder: 1/2 bowl
- Elaichi or Cardamom Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
- Grated Almond: 2 tablespoon
- Dark Chocolate for garnishing and top layer ( as needed)
Instructions
- Mix every ingredient except dark chocolate and eno. Make a thick batter.
- Take a kadhai and add 1 tablespoon butter or ghee to it. Now take the sooji mixture and add eno to it. Mix the batter and pour it into the kadhai immediately.
- Now cover the kadhai with a plate and heat it in slow flame for 10 -15 minutes.
- Flip the mixture completely and heat the other side for 10-15 minutes.
- Now take the dark chocolate and melt it in microwae or as double boiler (take boiled water in a pan and in another bowl take chocolate.Keep the bowl in the pan so that it melts completely).
- Now on one side, spread the melted chocolate on top. Cover the cake completely.
- Garnish it with grated chocolate chips or crushed chocolate.
- Enjoy the Chocolate Chips Kadhai Cake with your family!!
