Ingredients

  • Whole wheat bread : 4 slices
  • Chopped nuts (Almonds, Cashews, Apricot, Pista etc) : 1/2 bowl
  • Honey : 2 tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder : 1/4 teaspoon
  • Butter / Ghee : 2-3 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix chopped nuts, honey and cardamom powder.
  2. Take a slice of bread and spread the nuts filling and place another slice over it.
  3. Heat a pan on medium flame. Add butter or ghee and let it melt down. Then place the sandwich on it and press it gently.
  4. Cook it till it becomes crispy and brown, then flip it over and cook another side also by adding butter/ghee on top.
  5. When both the sides are cooked well and the sandwich becomes crunchy and crispy switch off the flame and take it out to a plate.
  6. Cut it into halves and garnish by pouring honey on top.
  7. Delicious and crunchy Nuts honey sandwich is ready.
