Today I gave a healthy twist to traditional dhokla to make it more healthier, tastier and its really quick to make. Oats are highly beneficial for our health as these lower the cholesterol levels and enhance immune system for infections and also stabilize blood sugar level in our body.
Oats have high amounts of zinc, biotin, magnesium and potassium and deficiency in these key nutrients can lead to more brittle hair and more breakage. Sooji prevents over eating, boost energy, and it contains phosphorus, zinc and magnesium which is necessary for the maintenance of a good nervous system
