Ingredients

  • Refined flour-500 gm
  • Baking powder 1/2tsp
  • Soda-1/2 tsp
  • Ghee -1 kg
  • Salt-1 tbsp
  • Paneer - 250 gm
  • Boiled potato fried -250 gm

Instructions

  1. Mix baking powder and soda in refined flour. Add salt and hot 1 bowl of ghee in refined flour.Mix well and make a dough with water. Keep it aside and covered for two hours.
  2. Make big balls from dough and role it in flat surface. Role big and thin now and brush ghee all over it. Cut in square pieces and then fill paneer and fried potatoes in the center of the square pieces. Now take the opposite corner of the square and fold it to form a triangle and then seal the ends tight with your fingers.
  3. Fry this on medium flame.
  4. Serve it with sauce on any special occasion or kitty party or a birthday party!
