Ingredients

  • 250 gms Dated de-seeded
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup Almonds roasted
  • 1 tsp cardamon powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly take 2-3 cups of water in a vessel and bring it to boil, pit the dates and lay them in a sieve.
  2. Place this sieve on top of boiling water to soften the dates. Then after 8-10 min take the dates and put into the grinder along with Almonds and cardamom powder and grind it.
  3. Then put into refrigerator for half an hour for the mixture to turn into dough consistency.
  4. Then take a mixture and make a ball and roll into coconut and keep aside.
