Dalia Pulav – Healthy Recipe!
Ingredients
- Dalia - 1/2 cup
- Potato - 1 (diced)
- Onion - 1 (sliced)
- Carrot - 1 (chopped)
- Peas - 1/4 cup
- Salt (to taste)
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 1 cup
Instructions
- Heat a pressure cooker. Add oil in it.
- Add cumin seeds. Add onions and saute.
- Add peas, potatoes and carrot. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- Add dalia to it and add 1 cup water.
- Pressure cook on high for a whistle and then on sim for 10 minutes.
- Quick "Dalia Pulav" is ready to serve with curd.
