I prepared curd ice cream with Parle G biscuits at home. It was so easy and was liked by all at home. The flavor of the ice cream is quite unique and new.

Ingredients

  • Fresh curd/ dahi - 1 bowl
  • Cream/ malaai - 200 gms
  • Vanilla essence - 1/4th teaspoon
  • Chopped dry nuts - 2 tablespoons (kaju, badam, pistas)
  • Crushed sugar/ cheeni - 3/4 th bowl
  • Parle G biscuits - 5-6 crushed with hands

Instructions

  1. Beat fresh curd with cream in a bowl till it gets fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla essence and chopped dry nuts.
  3. Add sugar and half of crushed Parle G biscuits and mix well.
  4. Garnish the ice cream with the remaining crushed Parle G biscuits.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for 5-7 hours and then serve chilled.
  6. Yummy 'Curd Ice Cream With Parle G' is ready to be served.
