Ingredients

  • Milk/ doodh - 1/2 kg
  • Sugar/ cheeni - 4 tablespoons
  • Coffee - 2 teaspoons
  • Milk maid/ condensed milk - 1 tin
  • Choco chips - 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped dry nuts - kaju/ cashews and kismish/ raisins mixed - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pan on medium flame. Add condensed milk, coffee, and sugar and mix well.
  2. Allow it to cool down and then blend it by adding half of the dry nuts.
  3. Garnish the mixture with remaining half dry nuts.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 5-7 hours, then serve chilled.
  5. Delicious 'Coffee Ice Cream' is ready now. Garnish with choco chips!
