Ingredients

  • All purpose flour - 1/2 Cup
  • Milk - 1/4 Cup
  • Baking powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Baking soda - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder - 1 Tablespoon
  • Coffee powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Powdered Sugar - 3 Tablespoon
  • Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon
  • Chocolate ball - 4 Pieces
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 Cup (for baking)

Instructions

  1. Take a cooker, add salt on its base. Preheat it on medium flame for 15 minute.
  2. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, coffee powder, sugar mix it well.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix it well. Then add milk to make semi thick batter.
  4. Add vinegar and whisk it for 30 seconds. Pour batter in the cupcakes mould and put chocolate ball on it.
  5. After 15 minute, put stand in cooker. Put cupcakes mould in cake tin and bake it for 30 minute on low flame.
  6. After 30 minute check the cupcakes is cooked by inserting a toothpick/knife in the center. Demould the cupcake and keep it aside to cool on wire rack.
  7. Yummy Coffee Cupcakes is ready to be served. Garnish it with chocolate balls and serve.
