Ingredients

  • Refined Oil - for frying
  • Crushed chocolate - 4 Tablespoon
  • Coconut powder - 2 Tablespoon
  • Water as required
  • Refined Flour/Maida - 1 Cup
  • Oil - 2 Tablespoon for moin

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add maida, 2 tablespoon oil. Mix it well.
  2. Now add water and make a dough. Keep aside.
  3. Now, take a small bowl and add crushed chocolate and coconut powder. Mix it well.
  4. Now make small balls of the dough and make puri out of it.
  5. Now, place 1 teaspoon of chocolate mixture on puri and seal it properly.
  6. Press it lightly with a hand. Meanwhile, heat oil in a kadai on a medium flame.
  7. Fry kachori on a medium to low flame till the colour changes to golden brown.
  8. Transfer the kachori on a kitchen towel or tissue paper.
  9. Yummy 'Chocolate Kachori' is ready to be served. Serve hot.
