Ingredients

  • All purpose flour - 1cup
  • Powder sugar - 1cup
  • Milk - 1/2cup
  • Cocoa powder - 1cup
  • Coffee powder - 1spoon
  • Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Dairy milk chocolate - 1 big slice
  • Butter - 1 cup
  • Chocolate syrup - 2 spoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 2cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, sieve all purpose flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 spoon coffee powder and mix it well.
  2. Add 1/2 cup powder sugar, 1/2 cup butter, vanilla extract and mix .
  3. Add milk to make semi thick batter, then add vinegar and mix again.
  4. Take a cooker, add salt on the base then preheat it on medium flame for 15 minutes.
  5. Take a mould. Greece it with butter, then sprinkle all purpose flour followed by batter in centre with a tap, then put chocolate syrup in design.
  6. Put stand in the cooker, then put cake tin on the stand and cover the cooker without whistle. Bake the cake for 40 minutes.
  7. After 40 minutes, turn off the flame then keep it aside for 10 minutes. Meanwhile take a bowl, add butter and whisk it, then add leftover sugar, coffee powder and cocoa powder mix it well.
  8. Add 2 spoon milk to make a thick batter. Take a plate, put cake on it then spread chocolate mixture on it.
  9. Grate dairy milk chocolate over it.
  10. Chocolate coffee cake is ready to be served.
