Chocolate Chips White Cookies – Yummy Bite!!

Chocolate Chips White Cookies are no doubt kids favourite recipe. Infact these can be made for small occasions like birthday parties and small get together. These can be stored in an air tight container for around 2 weeks.

Ingredients

  • Maida/All Purpose Flour - 1 1/4 cup
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
  • Dark chocolate chips - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk (if required) - 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 180'c for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat butter and sugar powder until butter become light and fluffy.
  3. Add baking powder, baking soda, and maida and mix very well.
  4. Add all ingredients in butter and make a smooth dough. If dough is tight then add some milk to it. add chocolate chips mix gently .
  5. Divide the dough into 15 parts and make small flat balls.
  6. Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 12 minutes until they become light brown on edges.
  7. Take out all cookies on cooling rack and allow them to cool down.
  8. Chocolate Chips White Cookies are ready to serve now.
