Ingredients

  • Onions - 2 medium size (Sliced)
  • Tomatoes - 2 medium sized (Sliced)
  • Macroni - 2 cups ( boiled)
  • Salt - 1 to 2 tablespoon as per taste
  • Pepper- 1 to 2 teaspoon as per tatse
  • Chaat Masala - 1teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves - 1 to 2 teaspoon
  • Ginger - 3-4 chopped and mashed
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon or you can even add green chillies instead - 2 or 3 chilli.
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon (olive oil is best or else any vegetable oil)
  • Mozarella Chesse - 1/2 cup grated)
  • Chesse slices - 2 or 3

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl. Wash the macaroni well. Add macaroni, oil and water. Let it boil for 15 minutes well till macaroni doesn't become soft but don't over cook it or it may tear apart.
  2. Take a pan, add olive oil or any vegetable oil. Let it heat for 2-3 seconds.
  3. Now add garlic and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
  4. Next add the onions, let it cook well for about 5-6 minutes but make sure onions and garlic are not burnt.
  5. Add green chili and let it cook for 4 minutes,
  6. Add tomatoes let it cook for 5-6 minutes till it becomes soft.
  7. Add the dry spices (Salt, pepper, garam masala, chaat masala, red chili powder) and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  8. Once the macaroni is boiled, strain them and let it cool for about 5 minutes. You can do the cooling part during cooking the veggies.
  9. Now add the macaroni to the pan, mix well, let it cook for about 5-10 minutes more on low or medium flame.
  10. Add grated cheese and mix well. Garnish cheesy macaroni with coriander leaves and cheese slices.
