Ingredients

Garlic cloves - 1
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Whole black pepper - 3-4
Red chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon(optional)
Italian dried mix herbs - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried parsley - 1/4 teaspoon
Olive oil - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped onion - 1/2 tablespoon
Sweet corn (shelled and boiled) - 2 tablespoons
Bread - 2 slices
Cheese slice - 1

Instructions

Take garlic cloves and whole black pepper and hand pound them in a mortar-pestle.
Boil sweet corn with little salt and turmeric powder till tender. Alternately, you can boil them till one whistle in a pressure cooker.
Add garlic-pepper mixture, 1/2 tablespoon butter, olive oil, chopped onions, chilli flakes, dried herb mix, dried parsley to boiled sweet corn. Give this mixture a nice stir.
Take one bread and on top put cheese slice first. Then add the sweet corn mixture and then another bread slice to make it a sandwich.
Heat a tawa and roast the sandwich for 2 minutes from both sides with butter. Yummy cheese corn sandwich is ready to be served with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
