Carrot paniyaram is a variation of the traditional paniyaram recipe, which is a crisp from out and soft inside dish, made usually with leftover idli batter. Here, however, we bring an instant recipe using semolina. Carrot paniyaram is flavoured with carrot, onion and tomatoes making it a healthy breakfast option.
