Ingredients

  • Grated Carrot - 2 cups
  • Coconut Powder - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 3 tablespoon
  • Milkmaid (Condensed milk) - 3/4 cup
  • Elaichi (cardamom)Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped Dry nuts - cashew, almonds, pista, kishmish (Raisins) - 1/2 cup
  • Coconut powder for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Add chopped dry nuts and saute for 2-3 minutes on medium flame and turn off the flame.
  3. Add grated carrot and cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring continuously and add coconut powder, dry nuts, elaichi powder, milkmaid and mix it properly. Turn off the flame.
  4. Take small portions of the mixture and make round balls.
  5. Garnish with coconut powder and refrigerate for half an hour for it to set.
  6. Enjoy tasty Carrot Coconut Dilbahar Ladoo.
