Ingredients

  • Grated cabbage - 200 grams
  • Wheat flour - 250 grams
  • Salt as per taste
  • Green chillies - 2 grated
  • Onion - 1 finely chopped
  • Haldi / Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder as preferred
  • Jeera / Cumin Seeds1 teaspoon
  • Hing / Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil or ghee for sauteing the parathas

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil.
  2. Knead a dough using water. Divide the dough into equal sized portions
  3. Roll out each portion into a circular portion like a chapati with a rolling pin. Heat a tava and cook the parathas by greasing oil on both the sides. Cook till parathas are crisp on both sides
  4. Serve hot grated cababage parathas with a cup of tea and chutney.
