Ingredients

  • Multigrain Bread - 6 pieces
  • Grated Cucumber - 1 piece
  • Grated Carrot - 1 piece
  • Hung Curd - 1 bowl
  • Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper seeds for eyes
  • Peeled Pomegranate - 1 piece

Instructions

  1. In cucumber and in Carrot separately add hung curd, black pepper and salt.
  2. After that cut bread in wing shapes then cut the body part of the Butterfly.
  3. Then in front wings spread cucumber and in the back wings spread carrot and in the body part half carrot and half cucumber.
  4. After that arrange the all parts. Then take pomegranate and make the boundary of all parts.
  5. Fix eyes with black pepper and cut two small antenna of Butterfly and spread cucumber and put pomegranate and fix with butterfly.
  6. Butterfly Sandwich is ready to be served to you family.
