“Butter Paneer Masala” or “Paneer Makanwala” is my all time favourite recipe. I cook it as restaurant style when we have guests at home for special occasions. It’s a delicious and evergreen curry that can be served with hot chapatis/ naan/ rice. I love the buttery and creamy texture of this curry.
