Ingredients

  • Brown bread - 4 slices
  • Thin slice of paneer/cottage cheese - 3
  • Tomato - 1 cut into round slices
  • Cucumber - 1/2 cut in slices
  • Green mint chutney - 2 Teaspoon
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 Teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise - 2 Teaspoon
  • Oil for greasing - Few drops

Instructions

  1. Take a slice of bread and spread green chutney. Put one thin slice of paneer and cucumber slices over it.
  2. Now, take another bread slice. Spread tomato ketchup, put paneer slice and tomato slice.
  3. Take the third bread slice and spread mayonnaise and put paneer slice, tomato, cucumber slices.
  4. Arrange all bread slices to make a sandwich. Top it with the last bread slice.
  5. Heat a pan, grease it with few drops of oil. Now roast the sandwich from both sides until crispy.
  6. Cut from center to make a triangle shape.
  7. Yummy 'Bread Sandwich Toast' is ready to served.
