Bread pizza – Instant Snack

Bread pizza is an easy alternative to normal pizza. It can be easily made with the ingredients available in everyone’s kitchen. Very popular among kids and serves as an easy option for tea time snacks.

Ingredients

  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Capsicum (finely diced) - 1/2
  • Onion( finely chopped) - 1/2
  • Tomato (finely chopped) - 1/2
  • Finely grated cheese - as required
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • Tomato sauce - 4 to 5 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Microwave the bread slices for 2 minutes on high setting or roast on tawa from one side.
  2. Remove from microwave and apply tomato sauce on the sides that were not toasted.
  3. Put chopped veggies on the slices.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper as required.
  5. Grate cheese on the top of the bread as required.
  6. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. You can also then roast this on flat pan or tawa , if microwabe is not there.
  7. You pizza is ready! Slice and serve the Bread Pizza with any sauce.
