Ingredients

  • Bread : 4-6 Slices
  • Boiled chopped potato: 1 cup
  • Chopped Tomato: ½ cup
  • Chopped Onion: ½ cup
  • Capsicum: 1/2 cup (finely cut)
  • Boiled macroni: as per choice
  • Tomato Sauce, Pizza Sauce ( to be spread on base as per taste)
  • Chopped green chilli: 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Cheese: as per your choice
  • Spices as per taste: Salt, Black Pepper, Chaat Masala
  • Red Chili Flakes , Oregano - 1 tablespoon each

Instructions

  1. Mix all the chopped vegetables and all the spices in the bowl.
  2. Take 4 bread slices and place it on a non stick pan on slow flame. Roast them slightly and then flip over.
  3. Now spread pizza sauce on baked bread.
  4. Put the vegetable mixture on it.
  5. Sprinkle Red chili flakes and oregano on the bread.
  6. Now spread tomato sauce over the mixture. Grate cheese over the slices now. Cover the pan with lid for 5 minutes on slow for the cheese to get melted
  7. When the cheese melts, Cut the bread pizza in slices.
  8. Crispy and crunchy bread pizza is ready to be served
