Ingredients

  • Mashed paneer - 1 cup
  • Chopped Onion - 1
  • Chopped coriander - 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin/Jeera powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Soft white bread - 6 pieces
  • Butter to toast

Instructions

  1. Place the mashed paneer in a bowl.
  2. Add onion, coriander, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt to this and mix well
  3. Trim the edges of the bread
  4. Roll the bread using rolling pin as thin as you can.
  5. Spread 1 tablespoon of filling onto the bread and roll it into a cylinder, making sure the ends are sealed. If needed, brush the edges with water to seal properly.
  6. Lightly butter all around and toast it in a pan until all sides are browned.
  7. Serve your Bread Paneer Rolls hot with tomato sauce.
