Biscuit Pizza – Yummy Instant Snack

Ingredients

Any salted biscuit packet - 1 (I use Monaco)
Chopped onion - 1 small
Chopped tomato - 1 small
Chopped capsicum (all the 3 colours if available) - 1/2 cup
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 tsp (as per taste)
Tomato sauce - 1/2 cup
Grated processed cheese - 1/2 cup

Instructions

Take a bowl and add all the chopped veggies.
Add oregano, red chilli flakes and salt ( add very less salt because the biscuits and cheese have salt)
Mix well and keep aside.
Now keep all the biscuits on a plate.
Take one biscuit and smear some tomato sauce on it.
With the help of a small spoon, put some veggie mixture on the biscuit.
Now put some grated cheese on it and one drop of tomato sauce over it.
Prepare all the biscuits likewise.
Instant Biscuit Pizza is ready. Serve immediately.
