Biscuit Marble Cake – Yum Dessert

Ingredients

  • Marie biscuits - 10
  • Glucose biscuits - 20
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Walnuts - 1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate chips - 1 tablespoon
  • Home made cream - 2 tablespoon
  • Mavana sugar powder/icing sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Milk or water - 2 tablespoon
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Milkmaid (condensed milk) - 1 tablespoon
  • All Purpose Flour - as much required for dusting the mould

Instructions

  1. Take a mould and grease with butter and also dust some flour.
  2. Take a mixing bowl & add curd, Milk Maid and butter together. Mix well. Crush the biscuits now.
  3. Add both the crushed biscuits powder.
  4. Add cocoa powder and mix.
  5. Add the walnuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Add the baking powder and baking soda.
  7. Mix all together. Remember not to overmix.
  8. If required, add some milk or water to adjust the consistency.
  9. Pour the batter into the mould and keep the mould into a preheated oven at 170'.
  10. Bake the cake for 10 minutes on 170'.
  11. After baking, cool the cake for 5 minutes.
  12. Meanwhile take cream and sugar powder. Mix well.
  13. Cut the cake at the middle and apply cream in the cut gap. Repeat for another part of the cake.
  14. Finally, start from the center of the cake and pour chocolate syrup in continuous circles until the edge of cake.
  15. Give a marble effect with toothpicks.
  16. Enjoy biscuit marble cake.
