Ingredients

  • Parle G biscuit - 1 pack (140 gm)
  • Hide and seek biscuit - 1 pack (120 gm)
  • Burbon biscuit - 6 piece
  • Oreo biscuit - 3 piece
  • Powdered sugar - 1/4 Cup
  • Vanilla essence - few drops
  • Milk - 200 Millilitre or as required
  • Fruit salt - 2 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Crush all biscuits together in a grinder to fine powder. Transfer it to a bowl.
  2. Add powdered sugar to it and mix well.
  3. Grease a cake tin. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 10 min.
  4. Add vanilla essence, milk to the mixture and mix properly.
  5. The batter should be in dropping consistency.
  6. Finally, add fruit salt and mix it. Pour immediately into the cake tin. Tap down the tin and place it in the preheated oven.
  7. Bake it at 160 degrees for 35 minutes.
  8. When done, check with wooden stick or knife. If it comes out clean then the cake is ready. Cool down the cake. Cut and serve your Biscuit Cake with tea.
