Bhindi is a simple and evergreen curry that can be made in varieties. I love Bhindi with more of onions in it. I tried making “Restaurant style bhindi do pyaza (without curd)” which has double the quantity of onions, and is made in a different and unique style. Everyone appreciated this recipe at my home. I hope you all will love to make it again and again.
