Besan (Gram Flour) Dry Nuts Cake ( Without Oven)

Gram Flour and  Drynuts cake is a very delicious cake and can be prepared easily without any OTG or oven. Try this at home and let me know how was it?

Ingredients

  • Besan Atta or Whole Gram Flour: 1 and ½ bowl
  • Grated Jaggery-1bowl
  • Ghee – 4tbsp
  • Dry nuts- Almond, cashew nuts, kishmish and resin as per your requirement
  • Elaichi powder-1tsp
  • Honey-4 tbsp for decoration

Instructions

  1. Add water in besan to make a chapatti dough.
  2. Now make round circular balls (just like what we make for chapati) and roll it like thicj (Jaadi) chapatti.Cook roti on tava from both sides on low flame.
  3. Saute dry nuts for 1 minutes on tava with 1 tsp ghee.
  4. Crushed the roti in bowl by hand and add jiggery, drynuts, elaichi powder and remaining ghee. Mix it properly
  5. Now put this mixture in large glass bowl and press it properly with spoon.
  6. After 10 minutes, take it out in plate and garnish with honey and drynuts.
  7. Besan with dry nuts cake is ready to be served to your family! Enjoy!
