Ingredients

  • Gram flour/ besan - 1 and 1/4 cup
  • Cornflour/ makke ka atta - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter/ makkhan - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar/ cheeni powder - 1/2 cup
  • Milk/ doodh - 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and sugar powder until mixture becomes double in size.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients into the above mixture and make a smooth dough and refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
  3. Divide the dough into 30 parts and make small flat balls.
  4. Place them on a greased baking tray and bake them in preheated oven at 170 degree for 20 minutes until they becomes light brown on edges.
  5. Take out all cookies and allow them to cool down.
  6. 'Besan Butter Cookies' are ready to be served now!!!
