Akki Dosa or Adai is a famous dish from South India and can be eaten in breakfast/lunch/dinner.
Winters bring in so much of veggies which are healthy and colorful. So make the best use of it while the season is still on. I love to add these colorful veggies in my daily food in breakfast/lunch/dinner. Here I have a yummy colorful and healthy jhatpat breakfast item from south using these veggies, it is the Rice flour -Akki Dosa or Adai Dosa with all the goodness of veggies.
