Achaari Paneer : Spicy Yum Appetizer

My daughter loves achaar and paneer. In order to surprise her today, I decided to make achaari paneer. Waiting to see the reaction on her face when she gets to eat this.

Ingredients

  • Paneer : 200 gm
  • Onion : 2
  • Tomato : 1
  • Bell Pepper : 1
  • Green Chilli : 2
  • Ginger : 1 piece
  • Whole Red Chilli : 2
  • Coriander Leaves : A bunch
  • Oil : 2 tablespoon
  • Spices ( As per taste): Turmeric powder, Garam Masala powder
  • Achaari Masala: (1/2 teaspoon each) Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Fennel Seeds(Saunf), Fenugreek Seeds(Danamethi), Onion Seeds (Kalaunji)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer in cubes and cut all the vegetables in slices.
  2. In a pan heat oil and when the oil is ready ,add all the spices mentioned in achaari masala and whole red chilli.
  3. Add onion, ginger and green chilli to the pan and saute them for 2 minutes. Add salt and turmeric powder.
  4. Add paneer cubes and mix well.
  5. Add Tomatoes and Bell Pepper. Mix them thoroughly and add garam masala in the end. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Enjoy tasty "Achaari Paneer"
